Introduction :

Shatavar kel is found everywhere in India, but in northern India, the shatavara is born more. Shatavar bell is also used for beautification in gardens, bungalows. Shatavar bell tree grows up with the help of the tree, which has many thorns. Its branch-administrations spread around and make it bushy. Fallow fork is 6 to 12 millimeters long, some are crispy. Its leaves are 4 to 6 inches long, small, and tubular in clusters together. Small flowers, flowery, floral, 3 to 5 millimeters in diameter are found on the flower stalls of the shantwar. Due to its thousands of flowers coming together, the whole vine looks white in the months of November. The fruits of the shatva are round, reddish on peas like peas, in which 1-2 black seeds emerge. Long round like a root fruit, thick white like a finger, flutter, Hundreds of yellow colors emerge in the roots. These roots are used only as medicines. Asparagus flavor is faded.

Good for heart, good for stomach irritation , heavy chemistry, beneficial for eyes, enhancer, cooling, milk enhancement,acclimatization, diarrhea and air pollution, cleansing of blood clots, and swelling etc. .

Useful in various diseases :

1. Vata Disease: Straining 20-20 grams of shatavara and peeper and taking 5-5 grams of milk in the morning, the disease is cured.

2. Breast collection of milk: Grinding 50-50 grams of asparagus, fennel, bicıkında and filtering it with 5 grams of milk or water melts the milk of women chest and melts.

3. In the disease of semen:

  •          Drinking semolina juice or juice of amla or mixing decoction of cow's milk in honey is pure semen. 
  •          Make powder by adding equal quantity of asparagus, white muesli, almonds, conch seeds, bunions and amla. Due to this 3-3 grams of powders in the morning and evening, the increase in the semen (semen) increases.
  •          Drinking 20 grams of 10 gram powder from the powder with sugar and milk in the morning and evening, the dilution of the metal (semen) is removed and the semen is thicker.
  •          Cutting wet sandalwood and removing the middle straws and mixing it with the milk mixed with milk will increase the metal.

4. Diarrhea:

  •          Make a small powder of asparagus and drink it from 10 grams to 20 grams of sugar and milk and get rid of diarrhea and metallic disease.
  •          Take 10 to 20 grams of shantwar powder by making a drink in the sugar and milk in the morning and evening, there is a benefit in collecting diarrhea (frequent diarrhea).
